I miss the feeling of exercising desperately xD
so i intend to have a jog at Tun Razak there...
but its a bit late ... ( 7.00pm ) :P
I am here to list out the exercises i love :)
1. Swimming is always the one that come first!
2. Dancing ( any dances also can :D )
3. Play Badminton ( only valid when there are more than 3 person )
4. Jogging ( don ever call me to jog under THE GOLDEN SUN! )
tmr i am going to force somebody to wake up and go for a jog at 8am.
hope that i can make it bahs :)

and Health is Wealth!
Consequently, i need to exercise at least 3 days per week!
